Adding Quarterly Initiation Payment Plan (Portal)

Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Enter your Admin Portal via tenfore.golf and login with your course credentials. 

2. On the left Navigation bar find Membership and click.

3. Under Membership, scroll and click on Members.

4. Search for desired member, click into their Membership Details page. 

5. On the lower left of your screen you will see Fields to be filled out regarding Quarterly Initiation Payments.

6. Fill out ALL 4 fields in the Member Details page. These fields are highlighted in gray with a border. If any fields are missing, the Initiation Fee will NOT be charged.

7. An order will be created when the "Initiation Next Payment Date" elapses. Payments remaining will be decremented by 1 each time a payment is made.





NOTE: When searching for the desired member in the Member database, make sure the green "Auto-Renew" setting is clicked on. This will engage the Initiation Fee's to re-new for the desired frequency until the payments are completed.
