Merging Duplicate Customers (Portal)

Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Enter your Admin Portal via tenfore.golf and login with your course credentials. 

2. On the left Navigation bar find Customers and click.

3. Under Customers, scroll and click on Duplicate Customers. 

4. You can sort customers by Email or Last Name in the drop down box, then enter that specific information in the Search bar below that to the right.

5. Once Customers has been found in the database, check the boxes left of the accounts you'd like merged.
 
6. When profiles have been checked, scroll to the top of the screen and click the green "Merge Selected Records" button.

7. A pop-up will show on the top center of your screen explaining which account will be merging into the other account and that this decision is final once saved.*


NOTE: The customer that was first created in the system will be the main account after this action is made.
