Partial Refunds on Orders (Portal)
Step-by-Step Instructions
2. On the left Navigation find "Orders" and click.
3. Select "All Orders".
4. Enter Order I.D. in the Search Bar. If I.D. is unknown, search by "From -> To Date Range" and "Department" where Order was sold.
5. Once you have found the problem order, click I.D. on the left.
6. Inside the Order, click the 3 Dots on the top right of the screen and select "Partial Refund" in red.
7. Once in the Partial Refund pop up box, set the "New Price" for that item to show how much you'd like to refund that item. Example: If a sleeve of Titleist Pro V1's is $15.00 and you want to refund $10.00 on this item inside the Order, you'd set the New Price to $5.00.
