Partial Refunds on Payments (CardPointe -> TenFore Portal)

Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Login to your CardPointe account. 

2. Search for the payment in question. 

3. Refund the proper amount needed.

4. Return to your TenFore portal and on the left tabs click Reports.

5. Scroll down to Charges and select. Under Charges, scroll to Payments and click. 

6. Once Payment in question is found, select and edit the Payment amount to match the adjustment made in CardPointe. 





For Payments, you will need to go to CardPointe, find the payment, refund the proper amount, then come back to TenFore, Payments, find the Payment, and edit the amount to match.
