Adding Card on File in Birdie (Birdie)

Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Enter Birdie App on your device. 

2. On the Navigation Tab at the top left, click, and select Customer Search.

3. Enter the customer's name in the Search bar and select profile you'd like card to be on. 

4. You have two options depending on if the card is physically in front of you:
  • If present, you can click "Swipe Card" at the bottom to use the card machine to catch the card information.
  • If not present, you can click "Key CC" and manually enter the card information.
5. Once the system has the card information, click Save at the bottom right of the screen. 

6. The card is now saved on file for your customer.
