2. On the Navigation Tab at the top left, click, and scroll to Pro Shop.

3. Find and select your Membership Product Group, then the Membership the customer is purchasing. 

4. Enter the customers First & Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Price Before Tax (this should auto populate with the Product information), and Quantity. *Once fields are filled out, hit Save at the bottom.

5. Click the Pay button at the bottom right of the Cart screen, select Payment Method and finish transaction. 

6. This membership will now populate in the customer search bar with the corresponding membership attached. 

7. Fine tuning the membership with Player Types will have to be done in Administrative Portal. 


NOTE: *Existing customer will populate the information once you type the first name into the fields.
Also, if the membership is a recurring charge like a monthly membership, and the membership is set to auto renew, the green checkbox to "Auto Renew" in the Membership -> Members page of the Portal, will automatically check.
