Quick Order Lookup (Birdie App)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Enter Birdie App on your device.
2. On the Navigation Tab at the top left, click, and scroll to and select "Order Lookup"
3. Select the course and date the Order took place on the left side of the screen.
4. If the Order I.D. is known, you can search it here in first field on the top right. There are also fields to search by Payment Type or Product Type.
5. Once fields are to your liking, hit the green "Search" bar in the bottom right of your screen.*
6. A list matching the requirements you just set will populate. Scroll to the Order in question and select either "Reprint" button or "Details".
7. Clicking the "Reprint" button will reprint the receipt for that order.
8. Clicking the "Details" button will give you the exact details of the order.
NOTE: *You can do a blind search for an order as long as your have the date and course fields completed. This will give you a report of all orders for that given course and date.
**A refund can also be completed in the Transaction Details page by selecting what products you want refunded and then clicking the red "Refund" button in the bottom left.
