Resetting Pro Shop to Update Product Changes (Birdie)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Enter Birdie App on your device.
2. On the Navigation Tabs at the top left, click, and select Pro Shop.
3. At the bottom of the screen you will see the "Reset" button, second from the left.
4. By clicking the "Reset" button, you can update your products to match any changes you have made in the Admin Portal (I.e. price changes, inventory counts, discount percentage changes, etc.) to ensure what your employees are ringing up is the most up to date information.
5. The system will also update if you happen to log out. The Reset button is just a faster and more efficient way of this process.
NOTE: This is also true for Restaurant products, Gift Card balances, Rain Checks, etc. It will update anything that has changed outside of the Birdie software in the Admin Portal.
