Creating Instructors Reservation Sheet (Portal)

Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Enter your Admin Portal via tenfore.golf and login with your course credentials. 

2. On the left Navigation bar find Products and click.

3. Once in Products, scroll to Modifiers and click. 

4. In the Modifier home page you will see two columns, Modifier Groups and Modifiers. 

5. Modifier Groups are the nucleus for products that you can then attach to the specific Modifier(s).* 

6. Create Modifier Groups: 
  • Click the green "Add Modifier Group"
  • Add description of the group you're adding (i.e. Cheeses, Burger Mods, Toppings, Temps, etc.)
  • Add Sequence Number. This is the order, from left to right, that the Modifier Groups will populate in the ticket. 
  • Select the background color.
  • Hit "Save Modifier Group"
7. Create Modifier:
  • Click the green "Add Modifier"
  • Once creating New Modifier, add Modifier Title, what groups you'd like this Modifier encased in, Price and tax if applicable
  • Click the green "Create Modifier" button.
8. Once both the new Modifier Group and specific Modifier is created, then go into Products -> Products -> Search For Product -> Once found, on the right side of the screen you will see the specific Modifiers to check the box for and the Modifier Groups section below that. 






NOTE: *Each Modifier Group has to be attached to individual products for them to accurately populate in Birdie. 
**You can export all Modifier Groups/Modifiers using Copy, Excel, CSV, PDF, or print.
