1. Enter Birdie App on your device. 

2. On the Navigation Tab at the top left, click, and scroll down to Order Lookup and click.

3. Then Select a date or if it's the current date, just click on the green "Search" button.

6. Edit the quantity of the item(s) on the order. Check the correct payments box. Then click the red "Refund" button at the bottom right.

7. Then once this is done, a new order will be created for the refund showing the negative amount.

NOTE: This is a new update to Birdie to initiate the Refund, where as before there was a Refund button in the Orders & Tips screen.
