Making Events Live on Booking Engine (Portal)
Step-by-Step Instructions
2. On the left Navigation bar find Events and click.
3. Once in Events, scroll to Events and click.
4. Search by "Booked", "Closed", "Quoted", or "Exempted" events.
5. Once the event you are looking for populates, select green Event Name.
6. In the upper middle section, click the 3 Dot Navigation bar in "General Info" and select Edit.
7. Within the pop up box, go to "Access" and choose one of two options:
- Public Operator Booked: This allows the players to Request entry, which will notify the Golf Staff which then can drag-and-drop players into the Event Field.
- Public Player Booked: This allows players to book to the group they choose, with the full tee time slots to populate on the Website.
NOTE: The above example is for a Golf Event when discussing players booking into the group of their choice. All events are allowed for Public Operator Booking or Public Player Booking. That decision is left to the person creating the event and it's details within the TenFore Portal.
