Adding ACH on File (Portal)
Step-by-Step Instructions
2. On the left Navigation bar find Customers and click.
3. Under Customers, select Customer Search.
4. Enter the Customer name you'd like to add the ACH for and select profile.
5. In the Customer Detail page, scroll to lower middle section on the right where you will see "ACH on File" and click the red box below that says "No ACH on File".
6. Enter the customers information in the three fields: "ACH Title", "Routing Number", and "Account Number".
7. The "ACH Title" field is what you want the name of the account to be. (I.e. Bob's ACH).
8. Hit the blue Save button in the ACH pop up and then hit "Save Changes" back on the Customer Detail Page over on the left side of that section.
