Assigning Gift Card Payouts in Event Home Page (Portal)
Step-by-Step Instructions
2. On the left Navigation bar find Events and click.
3. Under Events Tab, click on Events.
4. Find the Event you'd like to distribute the Gift Cards from, and click on green Event Name.
5. Scroll to the bottom and on the right side you'll see "Pay Winner" in the Event Payout section.
6. Enter customers name, check any boxes that you'd like the gift card to be available to purchase (Green Fees, Merchandise, Food, etc.), add the amount of winnings, and click Save Payout. *
7. You will be redirected back to the Event Home Page where the newly added payout will show in Event Payout section. There are links that will send you to the Gift Card description and to the customer profile of the winner.
NOTE: If the customer has existing Gift Cards in the system, you can check the "Append to Existing Gift Card" box in the "Add Event Payout" pop-up box. If you do not check this box, it will create a new Gift Card.
