Changing Main Member on Account (Portal)

Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Enter your Admin Portal via tenfore.golf and login with your course credentials. 

2. On the left Navigation bar find Membership and click.

3. Under Membership, scroll to Members and click.

4. Search Members name in Search bar on right of screen, click GC Customer number for members account.

5. In needing to change "Family Member" to be the main person on the membership, you will need to change name, email, and username. 

6. Once Family Members info has been updated on the main membership profile, click "Save Changes". 

7. When saved, scroll down to "Family Members" box and click on green name box of family member. 

8. This takes you to Sub account of the membership where you will then put the original Main members info in to be the "Family Member" of the account now. 

9. Passwords on both member accounts will have to be reset so online booking can be made with the new setup of the accounts. 



NOTE: Double check that there are no duplicate accounts so no issues arise with logging on to online member portal. 

Example: Don Smith is main member, his wife, Dolly Smith, is Family member on account. When Don's profile page is up, change name to Dolly Smith, change email and username to Dolly's info. Save Changes. Scroll down to Family Members tab, click on Dolly Smith. Once in "Dolly's" member profile page, change name, email, and username to Don's info and save. You will need to login in and reset passwords for both Don and Dolly.
