Creating Instructors Reservation Sheet (Portal)
Step-by-Step Instructions
2. On the left Navigation bar find Golf and click.
3. Under Golf tab, scroll on Tee Sheet, then scroll to Schedules and click.
4. Once in the Schedule main page, click the green "Add Tee Schedule". This can be used for Tee sheets if you have multiple course, instruction times for however many instructors you have, etc.
5. If you would like to Clone a previously made sheet you can select it in the drop down box (optional).
6. Title your instructors sheet. Example: "Charlie's Private Lesson's".
7. Fill out Fields accordingly to match your needs and availability. Said fields are: Gap - How much interval do you want in between reservation times (30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins, etc.) Days - What days do you want to be available on (Monday - Sunday) Priority - Do you want this to automatically show on Birdie or Online Booking Engine? Sub-course, 9 Hole Splits, and other optional fields are available to be filled out.*
NOTE: For lesson reservation sheet will not need 9 Hole Splits, and other optional fields to be filled out.
