Creating Multiple Gift Cards for Tournament Payouts (Birdie & Portal)
Step-by-Step Instructions
2. On the left Navigation bar find Customers and click.
3. Under Customers Tab scroll down to Customer Search and click.
4. On the top right click the green "Add Customer" button.
5. Create a new profile, this is going to be a blanket customer for the Tournament, prefer to use just the name of the tournament for the new profile.
BIRDIE:
1. Enter Birdie App on your device.
2. On the Navigation Tabs at the top left, click, and select Pro Shop.
3. Once in Pro Shop, select the Product "Gift Card".
4. You will now assign and pay for however many gift cards you need for the payouts. You ring each individual amount up on a new card so that the winners of your event can use them separately and however they'd like.
5. When the customer comes up to purchase his products, you will scan products in, press the gift card button (Or swipe their Gift Card), select and finish the transaction. Multiple payments methods will also work if the product the customer has chosen is more than the value on the Gift Card.
NOTE: All gift cards will populate in the customer profile you created to start this process. It will list the UPC, amount, and remaining balance for each card here.
