Editing Text in Booking Disclaimer/Cancellation Emails (Portal)

Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Enter your Admin Portal via tenfore.golf and login with your course credentials. 

2. On the left Navigation bar find Golf Course and click, then click the drop down Settings.

3. In main Settings page scroll to Booking Engine and click.

4. Under Booking Disclaimer section is where you see what your customer will receive once a tee time is booked with your facility. You can customize this text however you'd like.

5. Below Booking Disclaimer is Cancellation Disclaimer, where text will be communicated to your guest if a reservation is cancelled. This text also can be completely customized.

6. Once text is set to meet your criteria, click the green Save button in the bottom right.
