Turning ON/OFF Member Only Booking/ Require Payment Settings (Portal)

Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Enter your Admin Portal via tenfore.golf and login with your course credentials. 

2. On the left Navigation bar find My Golf Course and click.

3. Scroll to Settings and click.

4. In middle section scroll down to "Booking Engine" and click. 

5. If you toggle on the "Member Only" button, this will allow ONLY Members to book tee times. 

6. If you toggle on the "Disable Reserve" button, this will let customers to ONLY view tee times.

7. If you toggle on the "Disable Purchase" button, players will not be able to pay in advance for tee times.




NOTE: On the bottom of the Booking Engine Settings page you can customize the disclaimer and any other Club announcements you'd like the customer to see during checkout.
