Removing Walking Transp. Fee from Available Fees (Portal)

Step-by-Step Instructions



1. Enter your Admin Portal via tenfore.golf and login with your course credentials. 

2. On the left Navigation bar find My Golf Course and click.

3. Under My Golf Course, scroll to Settings and select. 

4. In Settings, go to Transportation Types and select.

5. To remove a current transportation fee that is available in any of your TenFore Booking platforms (Birdie, Fox Online Booking Engine, Admin Portal), hit the red Trash can icon to the right of the fee you are looking to remove. 

6. In the Settings Tabs above, go to the Booking Engine tab and click. 

7. Once in the Booking Engine tab, scroll to the bottom and click the green Save button on the right. 

8. This will lock in any changes you have made in the steps above.



*THIS SETTING CHANGE WILL REMOVE A TRANSPORTATION FEE FROM EVERY BOOKING PLATFORM TENFORE OFFERS. I.E. FOX ONLINE BOOKING ENGINE, BIRDIE, AND THE ADMIN PORTAL. 

**TO REINSTATE A TRANSPORTATION FEE, GO TO MY GOLF COURSE -> SETTINGS -> TRANSPORTATION TYPES -> USE GREEN "NEW" BUTTON AND ENTER NEW TYPE -> HIT SAVE IN TRANSPORTATION TYPES PAGE -> THEN SAVE IN THE BOOKING ENGINE TAB AS YOU DID IN STEPS ABOVE.
