Room Schedule Setup (Portal)

Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Enter your Admin Portal via tenfore.golf and login with your course credentials. 

2. On the left Navigation bar find Rooms and click.

3. Once in Rooms, scroll to Schedules and click. 

4. Click the blue "Add a Schedule" button.

5. You can choose to clone an existing Room Schedule or create a new. 

6. If this is New Schedule, fill out Fields to fit the criteria for this schedule
  • Description- Name
  • Gap- How frequent reservations are available (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.)
  • Days- Days of the week this room is available to make reservation
  • Start Time
  • End Time
  • Start Date- When is the first day available if this is a seasonal or part time area
  • End Date- When is the last day available if this is a seasonal or part time area
7. Once fields are filled out, click the blue "Save" button. 


NOTE: When cloning an existing schedule, select the Room you'd like to recreate, hit "Clone" and the criteria for that existing schedule will populate into the fields. You can edit any field to meet the needs of this new schedule, change the name of the Room, and then Save.
